This is a 30 minute class for children ages 2 1/2 to 4 years old.
Free to members or with admission to the museum. Please pre-register!

After School Creative Kids Club
New Session Begins March 11 -
Thursdays from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.
for children ages 6 to 10.
Club Schedule:
Week 1: Balloon games
Week 2: Art
Week 3: Theatre games
Week 4: Easter fun!
Week 5: Music
Week 6: Outdoor fun!
Week 7: Make-up day
Fees: 6 weeks for $30.00 (members) or $40 (non-members). Siblings receive a $5.00 discount.
Each week we will make a different craft or science experiment. Snacks and play time included! This is a kids only club (no parents invited)!

Silly Songs with Trumpet John and Friends

Live Music is free with admission to the museum.
Members are always admitted free!
John Gardner is a music educator and performer from Cookeville, TN. He is a graduate of Tennessee Tech University, where he studied Music Therapy and was a trumpet student of Professor Charles Decker. Gardner has worked extensively in children’s music, having previously taught music in several pre-school classes and daycares in Putnam and Overton Counties. He also spent several summers as the children’s music director at CAMP-of-the-WOODS, a family resort in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. Currently, Gardner serves as the administrator of the School of Performing Arts at Stevens Street Baptist Church, which offers private music lessons to children of all ages.

2nd Annual Team TinkerToy Competition
Saturday, March 27 -
5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Can your team complete all five challenges?
Join us for some creative tinkering and free pizza! This is open to all ages!! Teams should be made up of 2 to 5 people. Cost: $5.00 per team. Each team needs to bring one can of Tinkertoys. They are available at Discovery Depot Toy Store (mention the competition and receive a 10% discount!). Please Register by Wednesday, March 25.
2nd Annual Adult/Youth Golf Scramble
Sunday, April 25, 2010 - 3:00 p.m. shotgun start at White Plains Golf Course
Registration and putting contest begin at 2:00 p.m.
Entry Fee: $100 per 2-person team
Each two-person team must be made up of one adult age 18+ and one youth under age 17.
To register, please call the museum.
